Job summary

KLA, a leader in silicon and electronics inspection, is seeking an Internal Buyer I in the US to manage material planning and purchasing to ensure product availability. You will support inventory, customer service, and operations while working with planning, operations, logistics and suppliers across the supply chain.

You will monitor orders, schedules and risks, execute ERP transactions, and help resolve material constraints to sustain supply continuity and meet business objectives.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material constraints and delivery issues.
• Support inventory optimization efforts by balancing customer service, inventory investment, and supply continuity.
• Execute purchasing and planning transactions within ERP and planning systems.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve supply, quality, and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate planning data and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in operational reviews and communicate material risks, recovery plans, and supply impacts to stakeholders.

Group/Division

The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

The Internal Buyer I is responsible for executing material planning and purchasing activities to ensure product availability while supporting inventory, customer service, and operational objectives. This role works cross-functionally with planning, operations, logistics, and suppliers to manage supply commitments, resolve shortages, and support seamless execution of the supply plan.

Total Rewards

Base Pay Range: $45,600.00 - $66,867.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-AZ-Phoenix-KLA
