Job summary

Auction.com is seeking a Buyer Experience Specialist to support prospective buyers registering, bidding, and transacting in distressed property auctions. You will address inbound inquiries, resolve registration and technical issues, and help improve bidder conversion while meeting performance targets.

The role requires experience in a high-volume support environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, data, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inbound support or customer service with measurable performance.
• Experience handling phone, email, and chat inquiries with case management.
• Comfort interpreting performance data and adjusting approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound buyer contacts via phone, email, and chat to assist registration and bidding readiness.
• Meet or exceed targets for response times, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow operating rhythms: daily huddles, reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Resolve registration, deposits, bidding eligibility, accounts, and payments on first contact when possible.
