Qualifications
- 4+ years in inbound support or contact center with supervisory responsibility.
- Ability to coach and hold a team accountable for performance.
- Experience handling phone, email and chat across buyers in real estate auctions.
- Comfort with reading performance data and dashboards to drive changes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop Buyer Experience Specialists and Sr. Specialists.
- Take inbound buyer calls to protect service levels during spikes.
- Own day-to-day team performance against SLA, response times, and quality.
- Lead training, coaching, and weekly one-on-ones with the team.
- Coordinate with product, operations, and asset teams to resolve questions.
- Report issues to product and technology with actionable feedback.
