Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services in New York seeks an experienced purchasing professional to acquire materials and/or services in accordance with Purchasing Department procedures and internal controls. You will interface with vendors, solicit quotations, negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, contracts, and supply sources.

Associate degree with business focus and 1+ year purchasing experience required; F&B procurement and multi-property,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business or related field, plus 1+ year purchasing experience.
• Experience in purchasing for a Four-Diamond or greater Hotel/Casino property.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Stratton Warren software experience a plus.
• F&B purchasing experience in excess of $50 million annually a plus.
• Multi-property, high-volume buying experience a plus.
