Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a results-driven Purchasing Professional in Florida to oversee materials and service procurement for a high-volume hotel/c casino operation. You will negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency, while maintaining compliance with purchasing policies.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree in Business and at least one year in purchasing, with strong communication,

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field with 1+ years purchasing experience.
• Experience in a purchasing department for a Four-Diamond or greater Hotel/Casino property.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; Stratton Warren software a plus.
• F&B purchasing experience >$50 million annually a plus.
• Multi-property, high volume buying experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procures materials and services per Purchasing procedures.
• Solicits quotations, negotiates contracts, terms, and deliveries.
• Evaluates suppliers on price, quality, availability and reliability.
• Interfaces with internal teams to confirm materials requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of purchasing policies, quotations, contracts and PO types.
• Analyzes, prioritizes and makes purchasing decisions daily.
