FULL TIME Buy Side Capital Markets Business Systems Analyst - Hybrid Onsite - Austin TX

Client is looking for candidates ideally local to Austin, TX. At this time, NO RELOCATION EXPENSES provided and NO VISA SPONSORSHIP available.

Location: Hybrid Onsite in Austin TX

1. Experienced Business Analyst with extensive expertise working for multi asset class buy side/sell side clients, including exposure to derivatives, fixed income, equities, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and renewable resources. Over a decade of experience driving security modelling, valuation, accounting, performance attribution, risk analytics, and reporting requirements, with a proven record of successful system implementations, including SimCorp, FactSet, Calypso, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, and eFront.
2. Adept at bridging business and technical needs, with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions through detailed requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder collaboration.
3. Extensive experience with market, reference data, benchmarks, valuation techniques, derivatives modelling, fund accounting, and risk analytics. Provide quantitative insights through risk-adjusted return analysis, scenario modeling, and decomposition of returns across asset classes, developing advanced attribution models to evaluate portfolios by sector, geography, and strategy.
4. Adept at managing data processes through Python, SQL, and automation techniques, ensuring robust and scalable reporting solutions.
5. Strong technical and analytical foundation supported by certifications such as CFA, FRM, CIPM, CPA and advanced studies in Finance, Mathematics, and Economics.
