Job Description
Visa's Technology Organization, specifically the Payment Products Sales, Client Services, Experience team, develops and supports platforms used by our global business partners on a 24/7 basis. The Staff Software Engineer role is based in Austin, USA, focusing on AEM and Java within the Visa Access team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining services using full stack technologies.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years with a Bachelor’s, 4+ years with an advanced degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD. Deep expertise in AEM architecture, Java, frontend technologies, integrations, workflows, build tools, testing, content management, solution design, component development, security, performance optimization, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Work hours vary; travel is 5-10%. The role is performed in an office setting, involving standard office equipment use.
