The role emphasizes food safety,accurate record keeping, and supporting sanitation and packing processes. Candidates should lift up to 60 pounds and operate commercial equipment, with a Mon-Thurs 7:30am–4:30pm schedule and Fridays 7:30am–2:00pm potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years processing equipment experience preferred.
• Must be willing to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bulk uncut butter by pulling from cooler and cutting as needed.
• Process butter into machine to mix and extrude according to schedule.
• Learn and operate VeMag machine.
• Cut butter to spec for mixing and pressing processes.
• Document each batch completion accurately.
• Maintain clean, sanitized processing area and equipment.
