Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete and analyze quality checks, monitor fat content and ensure specs.
• Perform CIP teardown and cleaning of equipment.
• Validate hygiene with ATP swabs post-CIP to maintain sterility.
• Follow GMPs and safety protocols; maintain logs of production metrics and cleaning cycles.
