Working closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, Residences, Engineering, and other operational teams, the team delivers anticipatory service, manages guest preferences, and coordinates seamless luxury hospitality experiences. The Butler Manager reports to the Guest Experience Manager and leads the Butler Associates.YOUR ROLEAs Butler Manager, you will oversee all Butler operations for guests staying in suites and rental homes participating in the property’s residential rental program. You will lead the Butler team and guide each guest journey from pre-arrival through departure, ensuring service is personalized, intuitive, and consistent with Rosewood’s luxury hospitality standards. This is the pay range that the company expects to pay for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on several factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
