Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises meat products.
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise (sausages, oven-ready, cured meats).
• Checks meat quality and freshness; ensures compliance with standards.
• Maintains sampling program and prevents spoilage.
• Mentors Meat Cutter Trainee(s).
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
