Qualifikationen

• 2 years minimum kitchen experience.
• Familiar with cuts of meat and supervise/monitor quality of meat.
• Accurate knife skills working with precision and efficiency.
• Knowledge in storing ingredients preferred.
• High School/GED or higher education preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handles trimming meat; using knives.
• Prepare meats and control portions to Company standards.
• Set up, break down and clean workstation.
• Perform inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
• Sanitize butcher room from floor to ceiling.
• Wipe down and clean sink and surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors and ensure cleanliness of coolers.
