• At least 2 years of butcher experience.
• Knowledge of meat grades and HACCP/ServSafe principles.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats and seafood to prepare products.
• Shape roasts with boning knife and twine.
• Cure, smoke, tenderize and preserve meat.
