Responsabilidades

• Cleans, cuts, weighs, packages and labels meat in accordance with Eataly’s high-quality standard.
• Butchers prepare meat for consumer use using a wide variety of processes and may handle deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, or tenderizing cuts of meat.
