Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a butcher for our Millburn, NJ location. The role involves meat preparation, cutting, weighing, labeling, and serving guests with product knowledge. You will keep the counter organized, maintain health standards, and assist with Salumi and Formaggi inventory.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of meat experience, excellent knife skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Onsite work with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with meat in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, cuts, weighs, packages and labels meat to high-quality standards.
• Provides outstanding customer service and shares knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques.
• Stocks counter neatly and maintains a clean, sanitary station per health standards.
• Assists with inventory for Salumi and Formaggi department.
