Eataly North America in West Palm Beach is seeking a friendly and skilled butcher to manage meat preparation, display, and counter service. You will assist guests in selecting products, share knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques, and uphold strict health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include cutting, weighing, labeling, and packaging meat, stocking the counter, and maintaining a clean work area while adhering to safety policies.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in meat handling in a high-volume retail setting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Effective communication with coworkers, management and guests.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans, cuts, weighs, packages and labels meat to standards.
• Provides outstanding customer service and offers product knowledge.
• Stocks counter neatly and in a timely manner.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary station per health standards.
• Performs other duties as required.
