Job summary

Eataly is hiring a Butcher to support its Meat department in a fast-paced retail setting. The role reports to the Fresh Market Manager and involves meat preparation, high-quality labeling, and ensuring guest satisfaction through product knowledge and service.

Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining sanitary stations, and assisting with inventory for Salumi and Formaggi. Requires physical stamina and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience working with meat, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Effective communication with coworkers, management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, cuts, weighs, packages and labels meat per standards.
• Provides outstanding customer service and shares knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques.
• Stocks counter neatly and promptly according to pricing menu.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary station per health standards.
