Job summary

Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida is seeking a full-time butcher to prepare, package, and market meat for retail. You’ll support daily meat department operations and assist guests while ensuring top sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires five years’ meat cutting experience or a two-year apprenticeship, with ability to operate band saws, slicers, grinders and other equipment. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a meat cutter in a grocery store or processing facility, or completion of a two-year apprenticeship program.
• Must be able to operate all meat production equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Excellent guest service skills with strong time management and organizational abilities.

The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time Butcher to join our team at Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Butcher, you will prepare, package, and market meat for retail sale.

Pay

$17.50 – $20.00 / hour
