Job summary

Crews-Chevrolet is seeking an Express Service Representative to be the primary contact between the Service Department and Express Service customers. You will sell express services and related parts, identify requests, conduct vehicle walk-arounds, and present inspection results to customers.

The role requires strong communication, a focus on customer service, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining dealership policies and knowledge of service requirements.

Job Summary

The Express Service Representative (ESR) is the primary contact between the Service Department and Express Service customers. Primary goals are to provide outstanding customer service while maximizing the sales of express services and related parts.

Reports to

The Express Service Representative generally reports directly to the Service Manager.

Duties

• Sell Express services and related parts to customers
• Identify customer requests and qualify vehicle for Express Service
• Conduct a limited vehicle walk-around
• Present multi-point inspection results to customers
• Recommend needed express services and related parts
• Conduct a detailed active delivery of each vehicle
• Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies
• Maintain current knowledge of Subaru vehicle service requirements, operations, warranties and campaigns, and Technical Service Bulletins
• Maintain current knowledge of state and local laws and regulations related to automotive service and repair, including lemon laws
• Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership policies
