Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a friendly Busser to support our wait staff and keep dining areas welcoming in South Florida. You will assist with service setup, deliver water, clear tables, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of serving experience, are able to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings, and understand hygiene and food safety rules. A High school diploma is preferred; hospitality knowledge is a plus.

YOUR ROLE AS A BUSSER

We are looking for a Busser to support our wait staff and set up our dining areas. Busser responsibilities include serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and cleaning tables. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education: High school or equivalent education preferred.

Experience Required: Minimum one year serving experience required.

Licenses or Certificates: Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.

Grooming: All Employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Cipriani standards.
