Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure.
• Strong teamwork ethic; communicate openly with servers and kitchen staff.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain upon hire per local requirements.
• Must stand, walk, and carry 35+ lbs for 5–7 hours per shift.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare tables for reservations.
• Wipe clean tables and chairs and transport items to the kitchen for washing.
• Sweep and reset dining area between services.
• Restock plates and utensils.
• Coordinate with servers, host team, and kitchen staff for seamless service.
