Job summary

Rodizio Grill - The Brazilian Steakhouse in Salt Lake City is seeking a friendly, energetic Busser to prepare tables for reservations, wipe surfaces, and help maintain a spotless dining room.

This physically active role requires teamwork with servers and kitchen staff, ability to stand for long periods, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required, and a food handler certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and attentiveness.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry 35+ lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare tables for upcoming reservations.
• Wipe tables and chairs, and take plates, utensils, and glasses to the kitchen for washing.
• Sweep the floor and reset tables for the next service.
• Restock plates and utensils.
