Job summary

Rodizio Grill — The Brazilian Steakhouse is seeking a dedicated Busser to keep tables and dining areas clean and ready. You will set up tables for reservations, wipe surfaces, and transport plates and glasses to the kitchen.

You will sweep floors, restock utensils, and work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth guest experience. This physically active role requires stamina, flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a food handler certification or ability

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while staying composed.
• Strong teamwork and open communication with servers and kitchen staff.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Stand, walk, and carry 35+ lbs for 5-7 hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Rodizio Grill — The Brazilian Steakhouse

Bussers keep the restaurant busy! They set up and prepare tables for upcoming reservations. Wipe clean tables and chairs, take plates, utensils, and glasses to the kitchen to be washed, sweep the floor, and reset tables for the next service. Restock the plates and utensils.

This is a physically active position that demands precision and a team-first mentality. You will work in close, continuous coordination with servers, the host team, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless, memorable dining experience from the first moment a guest arrives at their perfectly clean and set table.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and attentiveness.
• Strong teamwork ethic; willingness to communicate openly with servers and kitchen staff throughout every shift.
• Food handler certification (or ability to obtain upon hire, per local requirements).
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry 35+ lbs for extended periods — typically 5-7 hours per shift.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends (Saturday & Sunday), and holidays.
