Job summary

Rio Mar Hospitality Management in Rio Grande, PR is seeking a Busperson/Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team by keeping a clean dining area and helping servers deliver outstanding guest service. You will set and reset tables with spotless china, glassware, and linen, and maintain overall sanitation throughout service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Safety and Food Handling Certification.
• Valid Health Certificate as required by Puerto Rico Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Set and reset tables with spotless china, glassware, silverware, and linen.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout service.
• Assist servers in delivering outstanding guest service.
