• Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables.
• Refill water and assist with guest needs as requested.
• Stock and maintain server stations, the bar, and other service areas.
• Transition between food runner and busser responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Maintain energetic, professional, and positive attitude with guests and team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
