Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and timely seating.
• Assist with cleaning the dining/bar area and prep of utensils and condiments.
• Clear and reset tables or bar area.
• Remove dishes and items from tables after meals.
• Prepare dining/bar area for new guests per standards.
• Set up and break down dining room for each shift.
• Support waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff as needed.
• Stock products for dining or bar area (beer, wine, condiments, ice, glassware).
• Prepare bar garnishes and store backups per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
