Job summary

Holywater NOLA is seeking a Busser to support a fast-paced dining and events venue in New Orleans. The role focuses on clearing and resetting tables, aiding servers and kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Experience in elevated, high-volume restaurants is preferred. The position requires flexibility for day, night, weekend shifts, and the ability to lift 30+ lbs and work outdoors as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential job functions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously for extended periods.
• Able to lift 30+ lbs.
• Willing to help other coworkers.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Must love sunsets.
• Willingness to work in outdoor climate conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals and reset for new diners.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to synchronize service flow.
• Assist in delivering food to tables and refilling water glasses.
• Respond to guest requests with politeness and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Set up and breakdown station to specification; perform post-service cleaning.
