Position Summary

The Busser is a support position responsible for creating a positive first impression by maintaining 100% cleanliness and sanitation in our dining areas. Duties include setting up and cleaning tables, removing glassware, silverware, and plates, and sanitizing seating areas and tables.

Effective communication with Hosts is essential to ensure smooth operations. Both Hosts and Bussers are vital to the Front of House team. Confidence, energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism are key to providing an excellent guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
• Communicate effectively with Hosts
• Maintain floor and table/bar top cleanliness
• Perform daily tasks efficiently
• Display hospitality and professionalism with a smile
• Foster positive relationships with coworkers and supervisors
• Support the mission of the Blue Plate Restaurant Company
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
