Sol Miami is a recently renovated, full-service hotel featuring 222 guestrooms and condos. Here, guests enjoy the popular BALEENkitchen, a bar, beach access and pool service. We are excited to welcome a new Busser / Food Runner to our Sunny Isles staff.

A day in the life.. .

As a Busser / Food Runner, you are an integral part of the success of our fine dining restaurant. You clear tables, removing plates, utensils and drinkware. You ensure diners' water glasses are full, reset tables for the next service and may assist servers in bringing food to the table. You restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.

To be successful in the Busser / Food Runner position, you...

• deliver bread and water to all guests.
• clear all tables of dirty dishes, silverware, glassware and dirty linen.
• polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the dining room.
• reset tables for new guests.
• responsible for transporting all necessary food items from the kitchen to the dining room as soon as possible while following all standards of service.
• provides customer service to external guests and internal guests, as well as greeting guests who pass by your area.
• clean and maintain an organized work area.
• ensure that all closing duties are completed.
