Job Duties / Tasks / Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and at the proper temperature.
• Deposit dishes in the dish room or designated area.
• Stock bussing stations.
• Assist in Room Service if needed.

Buffet Runner Responsibilities

• Set up buffet.
• Refill food and beverages as needed.
• Stock buffet stations with plates, bowls, and utensils.
• Maintain food appearance and buffet cleanliness.
• Assist guests with food service as needed.
