Job summary

BHBW LODGING LLC is seeking a Food Runner/Busser at Brian Head Lodge in the Food & Beverage department. You will play a key role in delivering meals promptly, assisting servers and kitchen staff, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized in busy periods, and are able to lift 50+ lbs plus work weekends, holidays, and evenings. A Food Handlers Permit/ServSafe Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Can work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
• Can sit/stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Has or can obtain a Food Handlers Permit/ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Ensure orders are complete, properly presented, and delivered to the correct tables.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables during busy periods.
• Help with water service and respond to basic guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service stations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
