Job summary

The Edgewater Hotel in Seattle, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an AM Busser to join Six | Seven Restaurant. This role supports a high-volume dining environment, clearing tables, providing water, and assisting with running food and beverage services for hotel guests and patrons.

We’re looking for hospitality-minded individuals with strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Constant interaction with guests and staff members
• Responsible for handling all back server roles- includes clearing tables, providing water to tables, and setting tables
• Assists with running food and beverage services
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with severs, guests, management, and staff
• Proficiency in menu knowledge
• Ability to work well under stress and pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must be able to carry/lift up to 50 lbs

Six | Seven Restaurant at The Edgewater Hotel is one of the best downtown Seattle restaurants, offering Pacific Northwest Cuisine and views of Elliott Bay. This upscale restaurant includes indoor/outdoor seating, a creative menu, and a stunning view.
