Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking a Part-Time Restaurant AM Greeter/Host to warmly welcome guests to our Eques breakfast service, contributing to an outstanding guest experience in a Pacific Northwest–themed setting.

You will help with seating, menu recommendations, and to-go orders, with potential cross-training as a Server Assistant. The role is part-time with morning shifts, ideal for those who value hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Open and flexible availability to include AM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous restaurant customer service experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card is required.

Our Restaurant Greeters/Hosts are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for our guests. These colleagues have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. Our Greeters also support the Eques team in taking all of our to-go orders. Greeters may be the final point of contact before our guests depart, and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. If you have experience as a greeter, your skills are invaluable to our Eques team!

This position also offers the opportunity to cross-train as a Server Assistant and offer additional support in this area.

The hourly rate range for this position is from $19.50/hour to $20.09/hour. The start rate for this position is $19.50/hour. When scheduled to support the team as a Server Assistant, the base rate of pay will be $18.10/hour.
