Job summary

Beyond Bread in Tucson is hiring for a Busser / Dishwasher / Cleaner to keep our scratch kitchen running smoothly. You’ll operate a dishwasher or handwash, clear tables, and help maintain a clean dining area, assisting back-of-house teams and managers as needed.

No experience is required and we offer day-time hours with flexible scheduling, free meals, employee discounts, and growth opportunities in a fun, family-like environment. We are Tucson Born and Bread.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher or handwash as needed.
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear.
• Clear tables for guests and keep the dining room clean.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Follow sanitation and health policies and report issues.
• Aid back-of-house teams and assist managers in maintenance.

All team members are included in our Team Tip Pool and make $18-$19/hr after training!

What will you do?

• Operate an industrial dishwasher or handwash as needed
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear
• Clear tables for our guests and keep the dining room clean
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Follow all sanitation and health policies and procedures and report any janitorial issues
• Aid and support the back of house teams
• Aid the managers in facility and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Compensation: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
