Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking a friendly Busser to support servers, bartenders, and the team by preparing dining rooms, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean service area. The role involves assisting guests and ensuring a smooth, inviting dining experience.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, clearing dishes promptly, and keeping restrooms, bar, and patio areas clean while helping with shift changes and sidework for a well-organized dining operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and place loads on high shelves.
• Work in damp, high temperature environments indoors and outdoors.
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
• Complete and pass food safety certification in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Cleans and sets up tables for new guests in a timely manner.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Removes trash and debris from bar and dining areas.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness and outdoor areas such as parking lots and patios.
• Ensures high chairs/booster seats are sanitary.
• Performs shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework.
