Job summary

Flanigan’s is seeking a Bussers to support servers, bartenders and staff by preparing dining areas, clearing tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. You will assist with setting up rooms and maintaining cleanliness across dining spaces, bars, and patios.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with Florida safety and vendor programs. Fluency in English is required, with regular shift work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy items.
• Work in damp, high temperature environments indoors/outdoors.
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor program.
• Complete Florida food safety certification.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Set up and clean tables for new guests promptly.
• Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Remove trash and debris from bar and dining areas.
• Maintain restroom, parking, patio, and waiting areas cleanliness.
• Ensure high chairs/booster seats are sanitary.
• Perform shift changes and sidework.
