Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises is seeking a friendly Busser to keep dining rooms, bars, and patios clean and ready for guests. You will support servers, bartenders, and the team by clearing tables, resetting setups, and helping maintain a welcoming service area.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to Florida safety and food-safety standards. A positive attitude and English proficiency are essential, with weekends and holidays possible.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina required to move and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, and freezers.
• Work in damp, high-temperature environments indoors and minimally outdoors.
• Completion and pass of Florida Responsible Vendor program as per Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
• Completion and pass of food safety certification program as per Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sets up tables for new guests in a timely manner.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Removes trash and debris from bar and dining area floors.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness and patio, waiting, and parking areas.
• Ensure high chairs/booster seats are sanitary and ready for use.
