Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Busser to support servers, bartenders, and the team in keeping dining rooms, bars, and patios clean and ready for guests. You will clear tables, reset setups, help with service flow, and maintain sanitary conditions.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with Florida food safety and vendor requirements. English literacy is a must, and the position offers a five-day work week with health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy loads to high shelves/coolers.
• Work in damp, warm environments, indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor program in compliance with state statutes.
• Complete and pass food safety certification in compliance with state statutes.
• Must speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and set up tables for new guests in a timely manner.
• Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Remove trash and debris from bar and dining areas.
• Maintain restroom and surrounding areas clean and sanitary.
• Ensure high chairs/booster seats are sanitary.
• Perform shift changes and opening/closing duties.
