Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Pre-busses, clears and resets tables ensuring all chairs, floors, and work areas are clean and presentable at all times.
- Carries dirty dishes from the restaurant to the kitchen; wipes table tops and chairs with damp sanitized cloth.
- Sets tables with silverware and glassware and required napkins.
- Replenishes supply of clean napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes in restaurant.
- Refills water glasses, coffee, iced tea, and bread in a timely manner as requested by customers.
- Greets guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Performs all side work duties as assigned or requested by Supervisor and/or performs the duties of a food runner to assist the wait staff.
- Ensures sanitized dishware, silverware, pots and pans are available by loading and unloading dish washing equipment.
- Attends and participates in departmental meetings to gain knowledge of products, service and facility promotions and events.
- Responds to customer inquiries and comments by providing timely and knowledgeable information in order to provide quality customer service.
- Reports any maintenance or housekeeping discrepancies to management in a prompt manner.
- Exhibits a professional appearance and maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Attends and participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- Follows guidelines regarding health, safety and customer service according to established policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be eighteen (18) years of age for Arizona properties and twenty-one (21) of age for New Mexico properties. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand for prolonged periods, walk and sit; use hands for dexterity of motion; stoop, bend, kneel or crouch, and have normal auditory, visual acuity, and verbal communications skills. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Work Environment
Work is generally performed in a Casino restaurant setting with a moderate noise level. Extended hours and irregular shifts are required. Tight time constraints and multiple demands are common.
