Rosa Mexicano in New York, NY is seeking enthusiastic Bussers to join our vibrant team and deliver warm, Latin hospitality. You’ll help create a welcoming dining experience, maintain tables and stations, and support the service team to keep guests smiling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year guest service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warm Latin hospitality, greet guests and guide them to their seat.
• Own the guest experience at your station and assist with service.
• Keep energy high and service seamless in the dining room.
• Maintain a welcoming environment where guests feel noticed and cared for.
• Follow service steps and health/sanitation standards.
• Ensure stations and side-work areas are stocked and organized.

What You'll Do

• We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, welcome every guest like they're walking into your home
• Own the best part of the guest experience - Tableside Guacamole
• Be the heartbeat of the dining room - keeping the energy flowing, the tables turning, and the experience seamless
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels noticed and cared for
• Follow our Service Steps as outlined
• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards
• Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality
• Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized , stocked, and spotless - because every detail matters
• Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency
• Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings , and team meetings - because we grow together
• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless - at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu

Skills and Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized
• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift
