Rosa Mexicano in Hackensack, NJ is seeking friendly Bussers to join a vibrant, fast-paced dining team. You’ll help deliver warm Latin hospitality, support the guest experience, and keep the dining room lively and efficient.

Formación

• Guest service experience preferred (1 year).
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with warm Latin hospitality.
• Own the best part of the guest experience – Tableside Guacamole.
• Keep the dining room energetic and efficient for a seamless service.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel noticed and cared for.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Ensure the dining area and stations are tidy and organized.
• Assist in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings to grow together.

What You'll Do

• We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home
• Own the best part of the guest experience – Tableside Guacamole
• Be the heartbeat of the dining room — keeping the energy flowing, the tables turning, and the experience seamless
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels noticed and cared for
• Follow our Service Steps as outlined
• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards
• Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality
• Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized, stocked, and spotless — because every detail matters
• Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency
• Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together
• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu

Skills and Qualifications

• Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized
