Position Purpose

This position is responsible for assisting servers in providing quality service to all guests and supporting the management team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Setting up tables with mis en place (ketchup, salt & pepper, HP, and sugar bowls).
2. Ensuring all stations are fully stocked and ready for service, maintaining stations during service.
3. Setting candles on tables.
4. Detailing tables before service to ensure neat and organized place settings.
5. Delivering bread and water to tables in their section and assisting other sections when necessary.
6. Keeping the bread warmer organized and full.
7. Clearing tables between courses and resetting for new guests.
8. Completing side work as assigned (see side work sheets).
9. Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Ability to communicate and understand English for safety and effective interaction.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
