Responsibilities

The role involves preparing dining rooms, cleaning, setting tables, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Essential Job Functions include:

  1. Adhering to Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
  2. Completing setup, stocking, and closing duties timely.
  3. Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
  4. Maintaining cleanliness of the area under and around tables.
  5. Following health and sanitation guidelines.
  6. Exhibiting courteous, friendly, and efficient attitude.
  7. Promoting positive relations with guests and staff.
  8. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with 6 months experience in high-volume food service or customer service, or equivalent education and experience.

Work Environment

  • Exposure to casino-related factors like secondhand smoke and noise.
  • Frequent standing, walking, manual handling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual requirements include various vision capabilities.
  • The environment is busy, noisy, and crowded, with exposure to public and environmental factors.
  • Effective communication in English is required.

Closing

Preference is given to Native Americans, especially Seminole Tribe members. Final candidates must pass a background check and obtain gaming licensure, which may include credit, criminal, and drug screening.
