Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Busser to maintain a clean, inviting dining room, clear tables, sanitize surfaces, and assist servers throughout shifts.

You will answer guest questions, provide information about the resort, and help ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed. Pay is $4.75 per hour plus tips, with varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down all tables and chairs; set up tables after customers are finished.
• Clear baskets, menus, etc. from tables and sanitize high touch areas.
• Sanitize high chairs and booster seats and windows; maintain clean floors under tables.
• Empty bus tubs and trash cans; adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly dining room by clearing dirty dishes from tables, sanitizing tables before and after guests dine, sanitizing high chairs and booster seats, and changing trash in service areas and kitchen. Will also answer guest questions and provide information about the resort and surrounding area. Must uphold company safety and sanitation policies.

Core Responsibilities

• Wipe down all tables and chairs; set up tables after the customers are finished; clear baskets, menus, etc. from table
• Sanitize high touch point areas throughout dining room frequently or after use including high chairs and booster seats and windows
• Clean the floors under each table; ensure there is no trash left on the floor
• Empty bus tubs and trash cans as they fill in service areas including service and prep areas
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned by management
