Job summary

First Watch in Leesburg, VA is seeking a friendly Busser to keep tables clean and ready for guests in under 3 minutes, and to support our breakfast, brunc h, and lunch service. You’ll coordinate with Hosts and Servers to maintain smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction.

Teamwork is essential as you help with light housekeeping, rolling silverware, and restroom upkeep, ensuring a welcoming dining environment for every guest. This role offers growth in a fast-paced restaurant family.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
