Job summary

First Watch is hiring for a Busser role in the United States. The position emphasizes a YOU FIRST culture and no night shifts, focusing on supporting a warm breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience for guests.

As a Busser, you will clean and reset tables swiftly, communicate table availability to Hosts and Servers, and assist with light housekeeping and related duties to keep the dining area inviting.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
