Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe is looking for energetic bussers in the United States to support a fast-paced dining room and service team. You will help keep the dining area clean and efficiently run, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Primary duties include clearing and resetting tables, sweeping floors, stocking ice and supplies, and coordinating with hosts and servers. A strong sense of urgency and reliability are essential to succeed in this role.

• No formal education required; prior restaurant experience beneficial.

• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests' drinks and setting up bar pre-mixes.

Because of the business volume, bussers may be used at Hard Rock Cafe. They are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests.
