Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Ottawa is looking for a motivated busser to maintain the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas and assist service staff. You will clear and reset tables, sweep floors, manage trash, stock supplies, and help hosts and servers as needed.

The position emphasizes speed, organization, and teamwork to ensure guests enjoy a smooth dining experience. Some cafes may require additional tasks like refilling drinks and bar prep.

• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre- mixes.

Because of the business volume, bussers may be used at Hard Rock Cafe. They are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests.
