Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe in Connecticut seeks a friendly Busser to support the dining room team by clearing and resetting tables, sweeping floors, emptying trash, stocking ice and products, and keeping back dock area clean and organized.

You will assist hosts and servers, maintain a sense of urgency, and help with bar prep when needed, including removing condiments and refilling drinks at some cafés. Native Americans receive preference in accordance with Tribal Laws.

Responsibilities

• Clearing dirty tables.
• Resetting tables.
• Sweeping the floor.

• Stocking ice/products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre- mixes.
