Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a dedicated busser to support the dining room and back dock areas. You will clear and reset tables, sweep floors, empty trash, stock ice and products, and help maintain a clean, organized space for guests and staff.

You will work closely with hosts, servers, and other bussers, ensuring a smooth flow of service. In some cafes you may assist with bar prep and guest drink refills as needed.

• Pre-bussing tables before guests sit.
• Demonstrating urgency and efficiency.
• Assisting hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some locations, removing ketchup packets and refilling drinks.

Because of the business volume, bussers may be used at Hard Rock Cafe. They are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests.

• Clearing dirty tables.
• Resetting tables.
• Sweeping the floor.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Stocking ice/products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre‑mixes.
